I bought this wayyyy back in 2002 (yes 20 years ago). i took my backpack, road the trains and stayed in hostels in 14 countries of western europe. some hostels had places to put your backpack while you left the hostel to site see but most did not. i would wrap this around my backpack and chain it to my bed frame in the hostel. some kids thought it was over kill until i heard stories how some kids got their stuff stolen by "some guys" and then everyone thought i was a genius. btw...i still carried my plane ticket home (yes ...20 years ago they issued paper tickets), my passport and money in a hidden money pack that secured on my belt in case someone did steal my backpack i always had my most precious document to get a taxi to get to the airport to get home. my pacsafe bag protector works just as good now as 20 years ago. i love it. thankx pacsafe.

Watched a YouTube video (thanks FTA Adventures!) who recommended this product... Glad I got one!! Works great for securing gear to bike when stopping for a hike or just anywhere it'll be out of sight for a while. Great deterrent! Easily fits enduro boots, jacket and pants no prob. Will absolutely be buying another one for hubby's bike!
Felt so much safer with this around. I don't have to worry about leaving my pack on the bike anymore when I make a quick stopover and go indoors.
